The Pittsburgh Steelers entered this game looking to get back in the win column, as they dropped three of their last four games. The Steelers held a late 20-9 lead over the rival Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, all while starting quarterback Aaron Rodgers exited with a left hand injury. The last thing the Steelers could afford was for them to lose another star player.
Enter Jalen Ramsey.
In the fourth quarter, Ramsey got into a scuffle with Bengals star wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase, who grabbed the Steelers cornerback by the facemask with both hands. Later on, Ramsey threw a punch at Chase. Ramsey had to be separated by coaches and teammates. The on-field officials issued Ramsey a personal foul and an automatic ejection.

Jalen Ramsey ejected from game for throwing punch at Ja'Marr Chase
That was the last thing the Steelers needed, one of their top players on defense being out of the mix at the tail end of a game where they led by just 11 points.
