It certainly has felt a bit redundant during the regular season for the Philadelphia Eagles, as left tackle Lane Johnson gets banged up.
During their Week 11 matchup against the Detroit Lions, the Eagles saw their starting right tackle go into the medical blue tent with a foot injury. Johnson was then later reported to be heading to the locker room, and his status for the game is now questionable.

This season, Johnson has been exceptional on the field as he has not surrendered a single sack during any of the nine games he has played. He continues to be regarded as one of the best right tackles and one of the best overall offensive linemen in the NFL.
Eagles now dealing with a massive reoccurring issue with Johnson's injury problems
It seems like every other game, Johnson gets hurt and finds himself on the sidelines. The Eagles had to deal with it in the Week 3 Los Angeles Rams game and as recently as their Monday night Week 10 game against the Green Bay Packers.
Most of the injuries have been lower body, which has been a recurring problem over the last few years. This is a problem the Eagles can't continue to deal with, as he is too important to the offense.
Throughout the season, the Eagles have struggled on offense, in particular with running the football on the right side. While Fred Johnson is a valuable piece to the offensive line and a good replacement, he doesn't possess the same skills as Lane Johnson, who is a future Hall of Famer.

Philadelphia fans are hoping that Lane Johnson can return to the field for the game, or at least won't be out for too long if he can't play the rest of the game.
