It’s been a long week for Kosar.

On Wednesday, when Kosar announced he had been scheduled to receive a liver transplant the previous weekend before it was held off due to the donor organ being infected.

After asking for prayers while undergoing ‘two aggressive procedures to stop internal bleeding, Kosar was then set for a third procedure.

“I could really use your love, support and actual prayers today,” Kosar said on Wednesday.

The next day, Kosar updated fans after completing his fifth procedure, stating he’s “stepping out of surgery with hope and resilience,” but there was aggressive bleeding.

“I want to say how great I’m doing. But wow, the bleeding came back way aggressively in the middle of the night,” Kosar said from his hospital bed.

That Friday morning, Kosar spoke with Channel 19 and spoke on the state of everything.

“I’ve been trying to be a little transparent and show people the ramifications on taking your health serious,” Kosar said. “I almost feel like this is my responsibility and I’ve kind of been put on Earth to do it.
