The Green Bay Packers are back to their winning ways, as they successfully averted what would have been a disastrous loss on Sundayagainst the New York Giants. After consecutive home losses in Week 9 and Week 10, Jordan Love and company ended their skid with a 27-20 victory over Jameis Winston and the Giantsat MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford.
However, Green Bay had to go through a major scare before coming out on top of the Giants contest.
Love was forced to exit the game after getting hit in the shoulder, leaving backup quarterback Malik Willis to take over the job under center.
Fortunately for Green Bay, Love managed to return to action and lead the Packers to their sixth win in the 2025 NFL season.

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (10) looks to throw the ball to Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs (87) during a game against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium, Nov 16, 2025, East Rutherford, NJ, USA.
Green Bay’s offense also clicked so much better in Week 11 than it did in the previous two games, which were losses to the Carolina Panthers and the Philadelphia Eagles at Lambeau Field. For Love, it’s just all about getting back on track and restoring confidence in Green Bay, which improved to 6-3-1.

“It’s exactly what we needed,” said Love, who called the sore shoulder manageable and something he could play through. “We came in with the mindset it’s going to be a game — whatever it takes. We’ve got to find a way to go get a win and get us back on track. It’s never going to be pretty.
“It’s the NFL. You’ve got to find ways to go win these games.”
Love finished the game with 174 passing yards and two touchdowns with zero interceptions while completing 13 of his 24 throws. He was also sacked twice for a loss of 12 yards. Willis passed for six yards and a touchdown while rushing for 16 yards in his only carry if the contest, as he helped stabilize Green Bay amid Love’s temporary absence in the game.
