The Green Bay Packers played their Week 11 matchup against the New York Giants at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford without veteran kicker Brandon McManus, who was ruled out for the contest in favor of Lucas Havrisik.
McManus was not on Green Bay’s injury report heading into the Giants game, but was listed as doubtful just before the contest because of a right quad injury.
Packers’ McManus appears to have escaped injured reserve designation after missing Week 11 win against Giants

Providing a series of updates on Green Bay players, head coach Matt LaFleur seemed confident that McManus wouldn’t need to be placed on the injured reserve.
Via Zach Kruse of Packers Wire:
On if Brandon McManus, who missed the game after aggravating his right quad injury, would need to go on injured reserve and miss four games: “No, not at all.”
In lieu of McManus, the Packers went with Lucas Havrisik for the kicking duties versus New York. Havrisik made all four field goal attempts when he stepped in for two games in place of McManus against the Cincinnati Bengals and the Arizona Cardinals. Among those four kicks was his franchise record-setting 61-yard field goal in the 27-23 win against the Cardinals in Glendale back in Week 7.
However, Havrisik was not at the top of his game against the Giants, as he missed two of his three extra-point attempts while not getting a chance to try a field goal.
Depending on how McManus feels this week, Green Bay could either have him back for Week 12’s meeting with the Minnesota Vikings or keep him on the shelf in favor of Havrisik.
