Real Madrid’s coaching staff have received good news, with Kylian Mbappé, Fede Valverde, Thibaut Courtois, Dean Huijsen and Eduardo Camavinga all able to complete the training session and on track to face Elche when Los Blancos return to La Liga action this upcoming Sunday. All five of those players couldn’t complete the FIFA break with their national teams and appeared to be questionable for the match in Elche, but it looks like they will be able to start.
On the other hand, Aurelien Tchouameni, Antonio Rudiger and Franco Mastantuono are still injured and trying to make their return, so they will try to ramp up and complete their recovery in a few days. Their presence against Elche seems unlikely, but they could potentially rejoin the squad in training soon, which could ultimately give them a chance to feature against teams like Olympiakos or Girona.
