Everton owners the Friedkin Group have already invested €691.5m into the club since their purchase from Farhad Moshiri.
That’s [according to Calcio E Finanza](https://www.calcioefinanza.it/2025/11/17/friedkin-investimenti-everton-roma-miliardi/?refresh_ce). They cover the Americans today and the money they’ve pumped into Everton and Roma to date.
They say that the Friedkins ‘continue to open their wallets’ between Everton and Roma. They’ve been through ‘official company documents’ to analyse the Americans’ spend.
According to them, Everton received over €120m from their American owners between August and September. That’s taken them close to their total investment in Roma in the space of a year.
Their first spend was in December 2024, when they bought from Farhad Moshiri. That was valued at €450m at the time, but the details never disclosed. Now Calcio E Finanza have some of those details.
They say an injection of £200m, €235m, was pumped into Everton in June 2024. That was before the acquisition was finalised to allow the Toffees to ‘repay a loan and provide capital’. Roundhouse Capital Holdings Limited, a vehicle used by the Friedkins, completed a capital increase of £289m, equivalent to €335m.
A further £107m, €121.5m, was paid between August and September. This has been revealed by official documents consulted by Calcio E Finanza. According to these numbers, then, the total investment stands at approximately €691.5m.
That’s a considerable sum given their total investment in Roma to date, is €926m. They bought the Italian club in August 2020 but have spent considerably more at Everton already.
