Week 11 in the NFL had some great games with incredibly exciting finishes. There were also some games that weren’t as competitive due to poor performances and sloppy play. Here is the report card grade for every NFC team that played Sunday in week 11, based on how they played, combined with what their expectations were and who their opponents were.

The Eagles defense is playing their best football of the season right now. They held an elite Lions offense to just 9 points, and they were able to disrupt Jared Goff the entire game. They also held Amon Ra St. Brown in check, holding him to just two catches. The offense was able to get A.J. Brown involved early.
New York Giants: B-
The Giants played a solid game against the Packers and even had a late lead in the game. The defense held their own through the first three quarters and running back Devin Singletary scored his first two touchdowns of the season.

Washington Commanders: C
The Commanders are riddled with injuries, and it has basically been a lost season for them. Despite that, they had a chance to win the game in week 11 against Miami, but poor play calling late in the game cost them a chance to win, and an untimely interception in overtime cost them the game.

Carolina Panthers: B+
Bryce Young threw for 448 yards and three touchdowns in the Panthers huge OT road win. The defense struggled, but they were bailed out by Young and by a strong game from rookie WR Tet McMillan, who caught 8 passes for 130 yards and two touchdowns.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers: C
The Bucs ran the ball well, like most teams do against the Bills, but the rest of the team was not good. Baker Mayfield only threw for 173 yards, and the defense allowed Josh Allen to score six total touchdowns.
Atlanta Falcons: B-
The Falcons offense was good in this game, particularly Bijan Robinson, who had over 140 all-purpose yards and two touchdowns. Drake London caught 7 passes for 119 yards, but the defense allowed 30 points.
New Orleans Saints: Bye Week
NFC North:

Chicago Bears: B+
The Bears found a way to win again, and the win not only avenges their week one loss to the Vikings, but also puts them in sole possession of first place in the AFC North. The defense stepped up, forcing multiple turnovers.
Minnesota Vikings: C+
The defense did its job, holding the Bears offense down for most of the game, but QB J.J. McCarthy turned the ball over twice, once in the endzone, and he only threw for 150 yards.
Detroit Lions: B-
The Lions defense stepped up big for most of the game, keeping them in the game despite their struggling offense. The only real offense the Lions were able to produce was one nice drive on a Jameson Williams touchdown, and some big chunk plays by Jahmyr Gibbs.
Green Bay Packers: B
It wasn’t the prettiest of wins for the Packers, but when you consider that they lost Jordan Love at one point in the game and were without Josh Jacobs for the entire second half, then coming away with a road win is a big deal. WR Christian Watson saved the day with his two touchdowns.
NFC West:
Conclusion

Los Angeles Rams: A-
The Rams defense was exceptional in this game, picking off Sam Darnold four times. The offense was great early on, but it really struggled in the second half. Matthew Stafford’s streak of throwing four touchdowns in a game has come to an end.
Arizona Cardinals: B-
The defense couldn’t slow down Brock Purdy, George Kittle, or Christian McCaffrey, so the offense was playing from behind the entire game. Jacoby Brissett did turn it over twice, but he also threw for 452 yards and two touchdowns and set a single-game record with 47 completions.
Seattle Seahawks: B
The Seahawks battled the Rams hard, and if not for all of the Sam Darnold interceptions, they would have won this game. Even with all the turnovers, the defense played so well that they were able to give the offense one final drive to get the win. They missed their last-second 61-yard FG attempt, but even in the loss, overall, it was a valiant effort.
San Francisco 49ers: A
It was great for the 49ers to get Brock Purdy back from a long absence, and the offense looked as good as it has all season long. George Kittle caught two touchdown passes and McCaffrey had three total touchdowns.
