Everton have seen Iliman Ndiaye go from strength to strength on Merseyside over the last year, which has caught the attention of clubs across Europe.
The Senegal international has quickly become one of the stars of the Premier League this season, with his impressive displays for Everton.
Ndiaye leads the way as the Toffees’ top scorer once again this season having taken on the pressure because of David Moyes’ misfiring strikers.
Ironically, Ndiaye missed an absolute sitter for Senegal at the weekend in their international friendly against Brazil.
Everton News understands that Everton will consider rewarding Ndiaye with a new contract if he is able to keep these performances up.
Interest coming from other Premier League clubs could work to his advantage, but his future is proving very clear to the chiefs at Everton.

How Everton are viewing Iliman Ndiaye’s future
Tony Bellew is becoming worried that Ndiaye may leave Everton in the January transfer window because of his fine form.
There certainly are clubs who are keeping an eye on the Senegal international’s development on Merseyside, but Everton are not overly concerned.

Speaking on The Blue Room podcast, journalist Patrick Boyland has shared the current stance back at Finch Farm over their winger’s future.
“The situation is quite straightforward, I think, for now. He’s contracted until 2029, so what’s that three and a half years, if my normally very poor maths is correct on this occasion. It’s an awfully long time left on his deal,” he said.
“I think where this gets interesting, and I’ll draw a parallel with Jarrad Branthwaite, if a club comes in at a certain level, and Ndiaye kind of thinks to himself, I wouldn’t mind that as a transition, but Everton say no. Of course, they’d be well within their rights to say no. I hope they say no, because he’s a great player to watch, he’s a great player to cover.
“But then the Branthwaite’s argument effectively was, well, if you’re turning down bids of, I think it was 50-ish million pounds from Manchester United for me, then why am I, he was at the time, Branthwaite, kind of a mid to low earner in this squad? That doesn’t make any sense if you’re kind of valuing me as one of the best centre backs in the country. You might get into that territory with Ndiaye.”
Idrissa Gana Gueye thinks Ndiaye could win the Ballon d’Or one day, but questions will be raised whether that would be possible at Everton.
The Blues have some big aspirations for the future under The Friedkin Group, who continue to show their ambition.
For now, Everton must capitalise on the returns they are currently being provided by their Senegal superstar.
Everton won’t face PSR pressure over Ndiaye interest
The big issue for Everton over recent transfer windows was the requirement to sell players because of their financial situation.
Everton News revealed on Monday that The Friedkin Group had invested around £107m in new shares at Everton.
This marks a clear ambition from the club moving forward under the American, who is putting his money where his mouth is.
How would you rate Everton’s 2025/26 season so far?
Everton no longer hold any PSR concerns as they now hold all the cards when it comes to keeping their top players.
Of course, it would be naive to think that no clubs may look to test Everton’s resolve, but the Blues will not be forced into a sale that isn’t on their terms.
