The Hawks have won eight of their last ten, including five straight, most of which have come without star point guard Trae Young. They currently own the third-best record in the Eastern Conference at 9-5, tied with the New York Knicks, and even more exciting than the now is the future.
Atlanta will get Trae Young back in the coming weeks, which should only further cement their status as Eastern Conference contenders. And looking ahead, they own the Pelicans’ first-round pick in 2026, which is trending toward the top of the lottery in a loaded draft class.
