The Green Bay Packers need to trust their quarterback. Jordan Love has been one of the best in the league this season by most metrics.
In fact, Love has set an NFL record with elite accuracy against a specific coverage.

Love’s arm talent has always been mesmerizing, but his decision-making and ability to read coverages often left plenty to be desired. Clearly, that’s not the case anymore.
He’s been much more cerebral and quick, and he’s punishing the blitz and dominating against both man and zone. Despite getting little time or space to move around in the pocket, he’s making sharp decisions and getting rid of the football when he needs to.
The Packers can’t afford to keep trying to establish the run when their offensive line isn’t creating any lanes, especially with top back Josh Jacobs out with a knee injury. As a result, they have no choice but to put the ball in their quarterback’s hands.
Head coach Matt LaFleur has often been conservative to a fault. That has not done much to help his team.
Love has had to constantly face third-and-long with his team playing behind the sticks. But with the way he’s performed this season, there’s no logical argument not to give him the freedom he needs to be at his best.
