Everton have a number of their youngsters currently playing their football away from the club on loan, with varied levels of success.
There is one Everton player in particular who is thriving at his current club and it is not the exciting Harrison Armstrong.
David Moyes has not put much trust in Everton’s youth, with the likes of Tyler Dibling still looking to really make an impact on Merseyside.
How would you rate Everton’s 2025/26 season so far?
Given the difficulties experienced at Everton over recent years, there have not been many opportunities for the youngsters to show their potential.
Adam Aznou could leave Everton on loan this January to further his development after a difficult start at Finch Farm.
However, there will be one prospect who Moyes will have his eyes firmly set on after what he has been able to achieve during the early stages of his loan away from the Blues.

Everton loanee Francis Okoronkwo shining with Lincoln City
Francis Okoronkwo has been hailed by Lincoln City manager Michael Skubala for his latest performance at the weekend.

Having only made two starts in League One, Okoronkwo got his name on the scoresheet with the opening goal of the game against Doncaster Rovers.
Despite not starting a great deal of league games, Okoronkwo told the Lincoln City media team that he is loving life at the LNER Stadium.
“At the moment, it feels like I’ve hit a little purple patch. So, hopefully I can keep it going,” said the Everton loanee.
“I didn’t want to be a loan player that comes off and on and hides in the shadows. I want to play. I want to play for the fans.
“This is the position we should be in with the staff and players we’ve got, we can do something special this season.”
Okoronkwo also scored in EFL Trophy just days before in Lincoln’s away win over Barnsley.
Moyes has closely watched Armstrong during his Preston loan and it will be expected that the Toffees will also have close eyes on Okoronkwo.
Okoronkwo is making an impression after leaving Everton
It has taken a while for Okoronkwo to earn the trust of the manager at Lincoln, but his goal at the weekend will have done him no harm.
The young winger had come on as a late substitute in the four previous league games before the victory over Doncaster at the weekend.
However, he will now be hoping to keep his spot in the starting XI after netting his first goal in League One.
But there was one moment he will want to forget having missed an absolute sitter of an opportunity.
He is not alone, though, with Iliman Ndiaye also missing his own huge miss against Brazil on Saturday evening.
