JetNation NFL Power Rankings: Week Twelve Black Friday Wishlist

Black Friday is coming, and even the elite teams in the league love a bargain. In this week’s [NFL Power Rankings](https://www.jetnation.com/2025/11/12/jetnation-nfl-power-rankings-week-eleven), we take a look at what each team would love to find on sale as the stretch run begins.

### NFL Power Rankings

1\. Philadelphia Eagles 8-2 (Last Week: 1)

------------------------------------------

The Eagles won it all last year with an unstoppable running game. This year Philadelphia is winning with defense. Holding the Lions to single digits is impressive.

**Black Friday Wishlist:** A passing game. The Eagles made just enough explosive plays to complement their running game last year. Those plays have dried up.

2\. Los Angeles Rams 8-2 (Last Week: 2)

---------------------------------------

The win should have been easier given the Rams won the turnover battle 4-1 against Seattle. A win is a win though, and this one was huge. The Rams are alone on top of the NFC West.

**Black Friday Wishlist:** Offensive line health. The Rams have dealt with injuries along the line all season. When they block well, the Rams can beat anyone.

3\. Indianapolis Colts 8-2 (Last Week: 3)

-----------------------------------------

The Colts got a bye week to prepare for their toughest game of the year. Indy travels to Kansas City to play the Chiefs, who will be playing to save their season.

**Black Friday Wishlist:** A clean sheet for Daniel Jones against a good team. Five of Jones’ seven interceptions have come in the team’s two losses. Jones needs to have a good day against a good team.

4\. New England Patriots 9-2 (Last Week: 6)

-------------------------------------------

The Patriots took control and ran away from the Jets. New England is slowly starting to make people believe.

**Black Friday Wishlist:** Turnovers. The Patriots sit at 0 in turnover margin. The team needs to force more turnovers to win into January.

5\. Detroit Lions 6-4 (Last Week: 5)

------------------------------------

The Lions offense disappeared on Sunday night in Philadelphia. Detroit’s schedule is brutal, but they should be better than 6-4. Three straight home games should get the Lions to 9-4 by the middle of December.

**Black Friday Wishlist:** To learn their punter’s name. The Lions are converting 4th downs at just 56.5 percent. Everyone loves to take a gamble from time to time, but the Lions haven’t been picking the best spots, and it’s leaving them in some very tough situations.

6\. Denver Broncos 9-2 (Last Week: 7)

-------------------------------------

Denver won their biggest game of the season on Sunday. The Broncos opened a two-game lead in the division and a three-game lead on Kansas City.

**Black Friday Wishlist:** Offense. If Denver was more potent on offense, they would be the best team in the league.

7\. Buffalo Bills 7-3 (Last Week: 8)

------------------------------------

The Bills offense took out its frustrations from the Miami game on Sunday. Buffalo stayed a game back of New England in the loss column, but the Bills’ road is much tougher the rest of the way.

**Black Friday Wishlist:** A rush defense. The Bills are second to last against the run. The team allows 153 rushing yards per game.

8\. San Francisco 49ers 7-4 (Last Week: Unranked)

-------------------------------------------------

The Niners put the Cardinals away early on Sunday. The team has alternated wins and losses since week three. The Panthers come to town and give the Niners a chance to put two wins together for the first time since September.

**Black Friday Wishlist:** Healthy wide receivers. None of the top wideouts for the Niners have played a full season.

9\. Baltimore Ravens 5-5 (Last Week: Unranked)

----------------------------------------------

The Ravens have won four straight games to save their season. Now Baltimore gets the Jets and Bengals at home and should be 7-5 before a huge showdown with Pittsburgh.

**Black Friday Wishlist:** The defense to keep playing like it has been. The Ravens have held each of their last five opponents under 20 points.

10\. Chicago Bears 7-3 (Last Week: Unranked)

--------------------------------------------

Chicago has won three straight and are 7-1 since an 0-2 start. The Bears will be tested with Pittsburgh coming to town followed by trips to Philadelphia and Green Bay.

**_Black Friday Wishlist:_** A consistent Caleb Williams. Williams is 31st in completion percentage (59.7) among players who have thrown a pass. Williams needs to match his early game performance with his late game heroics.

28\. New York Jets 2-8 (Last Week: 28)

--------------------------------------

It had to happen. Tyrod Taylor will get the start at quarterback this week in Baltimore. Though the change is necessary, it was not a mistake to take a chance on Justin Fields. Fields looked good in limited action last season in Pittsburgh. The Steelers ran a very conservative offense with Fields under center, but Fields was effective, and there was every hope he would continue to develop as a passer. He has not improved. There are recent examples of how patience has paid off with first-round quarterbacks, look to Baker Mayfield in Tampa and Sam Darnold in Seattle. What other options were there for the Jets? The owner torpedoed running things back with Aaron Rodgers under center, and none of the quarterbacks available when the Jets picked were worthy of the Jets’ draft position. New York’s personnel decisions in recent years offer plenty of legitimate areas for criticism, but the move for Fields does not fall in that category. The idea of a quarterback who can run like Fields maturing into an effective passer was worth the gamble. It just did not work out.

So, now what? Now, you play as well as you can play despite not being a factor in the race for the playoffs. The remainder of the season will serve as a referendum on Aaron Glenn. If the Jets continue to fight each week, and Glenn can keep the team engaged and focused, he deserves to keep his job. Changing coaches every season has not been the answer for the Jets. If Glenn can keep this young core together, he will have proven himself worthy of a second year.
