Ben Wilkinson’s Under-21s welcome the Dutch side to the Joie Stadium on Friday 28 November, with kick-off scheduled for 19:00 (UK).
City open our Premier League International Cup campaign at home as we take part in the competition for the first time since 2015/16.
The competition’s format sees the top 16 finishers in the Premier League 2 take on 16 international clubs who are invited to compete.
We will kick off our Group A fixtures as we host Jong PSV, before facing Real Madrid, RB Leipzig and AS Monaco.
The visitors currently sit fourth in the Eerste Divisie after collecting 27 points, while City sit 19th in the Premier League 2 with 10 points accrued so far.
