“Do you, like, turn your head to eat a taco, or do you turn the taco for you?” asked the star athlete, using his head and hands to demonstrate. “Are you dominant to the taco, or do you turn your head for the taco?”

To ensure Fieri was prepared to answer the question fully, the brothers sent the Tournament of Champions host tacos to showcase his skills. Off-camera, Fieri’s son Hunter, 29, who recently got married to professional pickleball player Tara Bernstein, brought over the tacos, which his dad noted he put together.

“When you’re going to have tacos, you got to have the right stuff,” he began, as he uncorked a bottle of Santo tequila, “The right sauces, you got to have tequila on the side. So I always suggest starting things off with just a little…it cleanses the palette, no dominating the taco [flavor],” he added as he took back a shot.

He then takes a bite of his first taco, slightly turning his head to the taco and guiding the taco to his mouth, as he noted that eaters “definitely don't want it spilling out.”

Eli then joined in on the demonstration and took a bite of his own taco, turning his head nearly 90 degrees to bite the taco while simultaneously asking, “Am I turning too much?” Fieri quickly hopped in to correct his form and said, “I don’t think you need to get your head all the way over. You’re going to get your head into the margarita.”

Fieri did compliment the legendary footballer on his “hearty bite,” calling it a “Food Network-type bite.” Then, in ESPN fashion, they replayed Eli’s bite in slow motion as Peyton joked in the background, “You’re submitting, you’re submitting.”

Eli joined in on the gag, adding, “I was really trying to get my head out of the way for the painting,” noting the artwork hanging behind him that depicts both of the brothers, with Eli in typical proportions and Peyton’s forehead being caricatured to be cartoonishly large.
