The gunman fired two shots shortly after 2 a.m.
Boyd has not been publicly identified as the victim but sources told the Post it was the 29-year-old NFLer before the league confirmed the cornerback was involved in the shooting.
“We are aware of the situation involving Kris Boyd and will have no further comment at this time,” a rep told the outlet.
Was Boyd the target?
Boyd was with a group of friends outside the hot spot when the fight broke out.
The street outside Sei Less was crowded when the shots were fired.
Boyd told police he had been inside the restaurant with friends but decided to leave because the “vibe” was off and he sensed tension, sources told the Post.

No one’s talking
The sources said the shooter fled the scene in a BMW X6 SUV while a second vehicle, a silver Mercedes-Benz Mayback, also was seen leaving the scene after the shooting.
Boyd was in and out of consciousness before emergency crews arrived, the Post reported.
He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he is listed in critical but stable condition.
No arrests have been made and the shooting is under investigation.
Witnesses have been uncooperative with police and the restaurant allegedly refused to turn over security footage to investigators, sources said.
