An insight into the extent of the upcoming absence facing Real Madrid star Éder Militão has come to the fore online.
This comes amid confirmation that, in the ‘best case scenario’, the defender will miss at least the club’s next two fixtures.
Real Madrid of course announced Militão’s latest injury setback earlier today.
After the former Porto man was forced to limp out of Brazil’s friendly meeting with Tunisia yesterday evening, Los Blancos announced:
‘Following tests carried out today by the Real Madrid Medical Services on our player Éder Militão, he has been diagnosed with a muscular injury to the adductor magnus in his right leg. Further updates will follow.’

So, just how long is Militão likely to miss?
As per a report from Real Madrid insider Melchor Ruiz of COPE, at best, the 27-year-old will sit out against Elche and Olympiacos.
It is also not out of the question, though, that he could miss Los Merengues’ clash with Girona on November 30th, and their ensuing meeting with Athletic Club three days later.
