Week 12 of the 2025 NFL season is here, and it's getting late for some teams desperately holding on for their playoff hopes.
One of those teams is the Kansas City Chiefs, who will need a win to keep their season alive when they host the juggernaut Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
We had a good Week 11, going 9-5 with our picks. We're hoping to ride that momentum into this week.

Buffalo Bills (7-3) at Houston Texans (4-4)

Buffalo Bills
Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills go up against the top-ranked Houston Texans defense to kick off Week 12 action.
The good news for the Bills is that Allen is fresh off a six-touchdown performance in Buffalo's win over Tampa Bay last week. While they're on short rest, they should be confident enough to give the Texans some work on Thursday.
Between the reigning MVP going nuclear and Houston starting Davis Mills at quarterback, Buffalo should get their eighth win of the season here.

Pittsburgh Steelers (6-4) at Chicago Bears (7-3)

Caleb Williams Chicago Bears
Aaron Rodgers is expected to miss the Pittsburgh Steelers' trip to take on the Chicago Bears this week, meaning Mason Rudolph will be under center for Mike Tomlin.
That'll put a lot of pressure on the Steelers' run game, but we're not sure they have enough there to upset a Bears team that continues to win games by any means necessary.

New England Patriots (9-2) at Cincinnati Bengals (2-7)

The New England Patriots and Cincinnati Bengals are headed in opposite directions, just as their records would indicate.
Throw in the fact that the Bengals will be missing star receiver Ja'Marr Chase due to suspension and Cincinnati stands virtually no chance. The Pats are rested after playing last Thursday, and they should stroll to a remarkable ninth straight win.

Detroit Lions
The Detroit Lions suffered a setback with a loss to the Eagles last weekend, but they should get back on track in Week 12 when the New York Giants come to town.
Jaxson Dart won't be able to single-handedly carry the Giants towards a favorable result here. This one has big blowout potential.

Minnesota Vikings (4-6) at Green Bay Packers (6-4)
Spread: Packers -6.5

We've got a fun divisional matchup on Sunday, as NFC North rivals Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings face off at Lambeau Field.
Neither team's offense has shown much to hang their hats on in recent weeks, but Minnesota is especially toothless with J.J. McCarthy at quarterback. The Packers will be without Josh Jacobs this week, meaning Jordan Love will have to consistently make plays through the air if Green Bay wants to get a big win at home.
The Vikings just don't have enough to beat the Packers on their own turf right now.

Seattle Seahawks (6-3) at Tennessee Titans (1-9)

The Seattle Seahawks are coming off a tough loss to the Rams, in which Sam Darnold uncharacteristically threw four interceptions.
Their defense kept things close, though, and they should absolutely dominate a Tennessee Titans offense that has scored the fewest touchdowns in the NFL this season.

Indianapolis Colts (8-2) at Kansas City Chiefs (5-4)

This is, without a doubt, the game of the week in the NFL, as the Cinderella Indianapolis Colts meet Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Chiefs can't really afford to lose if they want to keep their playoff hopes alive, but they'll have a monumental task on their hands. The Colts are rested off a bye, and have been firing on all cylinders on offense so far in 2025.
This feels like the type of game that Mahomes excels in, and it feels like Kansas City just barely pulls this one off to save their season.

New York Jets (2-8) at Baltimore Ravens (5-5)
Spread: Ravens -13.5
Lamar Jackson
The Baltimore Ravens have won three in a row and look like championship contenders again as Lamar Jackson gets settled in following a lengthy injury absence.
The New York Jets, meanwhile, have turned to Tyrod Taylor in a desperate attempt to jolt their offense to life. Odds are it won't work, and Baltimore should win this one easily to keep things rolling and put pressure on the Steelers' division lead.

Cleveland Browns (2-8) at Las Vegas Raiders (2-7)
Spread: Raiders -4
Shedeur Sanders
The only reason anyone should tune in to this game is to see Shedeur Sanders' first career NFL start.
There's reason to believe Sanders can lead the Cleveland Browns to a win here, as the Las Vegas Raiders struggle to stop the pass. They're also bad at protecting their quarterback, and they're going up a beast in Myles Garrett, who will almost certainly register multiple sacks.
We like the Browns here.

Jacksonville Jaguars (6-4) at Arizona Cardinals (3-7)
Spread: Jaguars -2.5
Trevor Lawrence
The Jacksonville Jaguars claimed an encouraging win over the Chargers in Week 11, and will look to keep that rolling against the struggling Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.
The Jaguars enjoyed plenty of success on the ground against LA, and will hope to replicate that strong run game against a Cardinals defense that's middle-of-the-pack against the run. Either way, Arizona simply doesn't score enough to give Jacksonville enough of a challenge down the stretch.
