Aaron Ramsey could be heading back to the dugout having not played since September.
The former Arsenal regular coached three games as an interim at Cardiff last season before heading back abroad with Mexican side Pumas.

However, injuries plagued his stint in Liga MX, and his contract was terminated at the end of October with just six games on his record.
The 34-year-old midfielder remains an active player, and even joined Wales during their November international fixtures in an unofficial role as he recovers from injury.
But that time getting an insight into coaching life under former teammate Craig Bellamy has reaffirmed his desire to make the transition himself.
Asked if coaching is still on the cards, Ramsey told talkSPORT: “Yes, absolutely.

“That’s the route that I never thought I would take, but definitely in the last few years I’ve done my badges, I’m on the Pro [licence course] at the moment.
“It’s something that I really enjoy doing with Cardiff under-18s at the beginning of that and then obviously I took charge of Cardiff for the last three games which was really good, a great experience.
“I went with Wales last week and that’s a real good insight into everything that goes on behind the scenes.
“The hours and the effort and detail that goes into those things and preparing the boys to go into those things to execute a gameplan.
“But it’s addictive, so I definitely see myself going into that space.”

Bellamy similarly caught the bug, and has impressed with Wales, who demolished North Macedonia 7-1 last time out to secure home advantage in the World Cup play-offs.

Ramsey played 29 times alongside Bellamy with Wales, Cardiff, and the Great Britain Olympic team, and can see why his old teammate is catching attention on the touchline.
“I played against him, I played with him, so I know all about him as a player,” he said.
“I think what he’s done as a manager has been incredible. His man management is through the roof, that’s a real big strength of his.
“The football and detail that goes into everything is second to none. He’s had a good start to his managerial career and been quite successful with the stint in Belgium and then with Burnley.
“He’s really taken to it and I’ve been so impressed by it and as you can see the whole squad have bought into it and they’re flourishing under him at the moment.”

Ramsey is still best associated with his 11 years at Arsenal where the side won five trophies, but couldn’t get back into Premier League contention.

They now are under former midfield partner Mikel Arteta, and Ramsey thinks this is the season to bring back the crown.
He commented: “What we’ve seen this season has been incredible, the amount of clean sheets they’ve had.

“They look like they're a team now that are ready to take the next step. It’s not easy to win the Premier League by no means but this is as good a chance as they’ll have.
“It’s an important week coming up [Tottenham, Bayern Munich, Chelsea] and it’s important to get through, but they’ve been really impressive so far.”
