Coleman, 22, was a scratch for the team’s 44-32 victory over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Sunday. He was held out due to missing a team meeting the previous Friday.
The 33rd overall selection of the 2024 NFL Draft out of Florida State, Coleman has appeared in nine games this season, recording 32 receptions for 330 yards and three touchdowns.
The Bills (7-3) appear poised to use the same receiving corps in the win over the Bucs with Joshua Palmer, Gabe Davis, Khalil Shakir, Tyrell Shavers and Elijah Moore expected to dress against the Texans (5-5).
