Andrei Iosivas caught a career--high six touchdowns last season

Every week in fantasy football, there are players that virtually nobody owns or starts that deliver huge scoring hauls.

In Week 11, those names were Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Sean Tucker (34 fantasy points) and Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Wilson (33.5), who benefitted from a new NFL passing record being set.

If you predicted a backup running back and someone who hadn’t scored double-digit fantasy points all season to finish among the top-five scorers of Week 11, then hats off to you.

Andrei Iosivas, WR, Cincinnati Bengals

Some may be familiar with Bengals third-year wide receiver Andrei Iosivas from his days catching touchdown passes from Joe Burrow.

It comes as no surprise that Iosivas has taken a backseat to two All-Pro caliber wideouts in Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, but in Week 12, the Princeton product has a great chance to post a career day with Chase out suspended and Burrow perhaps making his long-awaited return.

If not, he’s already proven a solid rapport with Joe Flacco, catching eight balls for 86 yards and a touchdown in his last two contests. With the New England Patriots expected to blanket Higgins, Iosivas could see season-high volume and several opportunities in the red zone.

Detroit Lions tight end Brock Wright on the field against the Eagles

Brock Wright, TE, Detroit Lions

Some might argue that a starting tight end on a team as good as the Lions isn’t a sleeper pick, but Wright’s fantasy ownership indicates that he is.

The 26-year-old, who is now Detroit’s TE1 with Sam LaPorta (back) on injured reserve, is owned in just 11 percent of Sleeper fantasy leagues.

Wright logged a season-high seven targets in his first game as the lead tight end last week in Philadelphia, and should be in line for an even bigger day at home against a susceptible Giants defense in Week 12.

Detroit’s offense should have little issue moving the ball down the field at home against New York, and Wright can be a big part of that.

Keaton Mitchell, RB, Baltimore Ravens

Mitchell caught the attention of NFL fans two seasons ago when he showed his lightning speed against the Seahawks, rushing nine times for 138 yards and a touchdown in 2023 Week 9. Six weeks later, Mitchell tore his ACL and has largely not been heard from since.

Well, he’s back in the Ravens’ backfield rotation, albeit as a third stringer behind Derrick Henry and Justice Hill.

If Baltimore’s Week 12 game against the Jets becomes a blowout, Mitchell could see a season-high touch count. He’s already worked his way back into the fold in recent weeks, logging 18 rushes for 116 yards in his last four games.
