The Indianapolis Colts had a surprise waiting on their Thursday injury report.
Daniel Jones hadn't been on it at all on Wednesday. But on Thursday, he was limited.
The Colts have a big game on Sunday taking on the Kansas City Chiefs, and it'd be a bummer if Jones was unavailable.
Indy's backup QB is sixth-round rookie Riley Leonard out of Notre Dame.

Is Daniel Jones playing this week?
Daniel Jones' playing status for Week 12 is to be determined and will depend heavily on Friday's practice.
Jones was added to the report with a calf injury. And given that he wasn't on the Wednesday report, the implication is that Jones may have been injured during Thursday's practice, which wouldn't be good.
Jones' Friday practice report will loom extra large. If he's limited or better, that's a good sign. But if there's a DNP on Friday, then Sunday's game will feel very different.
The Colts' quarterback depth chart is depleted.
At the beginning of the year, Jones was No. 1 and Anthony Richardson was No. 2. But Richardson is on IR with an eye injury.
Now it's Leonard behind Jones, with just Brett Rypien on the practice squad behind them.
