The Seattle Seahawks had three players sit out of practice Thursday as they prepare for their matchup with the Tennessee Titans.
Rookie wide receiver Tory Horton (shin), linebacker Tyrice Knight (concussion) and rookie fullback Robbie Ouzts each missed their second straight day of practice. Ouzts’ absence was designated as a personal matter, but he was also listed with an elbow injury.

Horton has missed the past two games with groin and shin injuries. Knight is in concussion protocol after suffering the injury in Sunday’s game against the Rams.
Two bits of encouraging news to come out of Thursday’s practice were steps forward for rookie left guard Grey Zabel and safety Coby Bryant.
After being held out Wednesday with a left knee injury suffered against the Rams, Zabel was a limited participant on Thursday. Bryant (foot) was upgraded from limited to full participant.
Head coach Mike Macdonald on Monday said imaging on Zabel’s left knee showed no significant injury and that he was “day to day.” The first-round pick has played nearly every snap at left guard while starting all 10 games for Seattle this season.
Additionally, wide receiver Jaxon Smith-Njigba, defensive end Leonard Williams and edge rusher DeMarcus Lawrence each practiced in full after being limited for rest the day prior.
One player trending in the opposite direction, though, was linebacker Ernest Jones IV (knee). He was limited Thursday after being listed as a full participant on Wednesday. Jones returned from a knee injury last week after missing one game.
Two more players appeared on the injury report but practiced in full on Thursday: rookie safety Nick Emmanwori (hand) and defensive lineman Mike Morris (knee).
