Ellie Carpenter put Chelsea ahead with a thumping strike past Cata Coll after being played through by Aggie Beever-Jones.

Barca drew level eight minutes later in the first half when Ewa Pajor was given space to fire home after Chelsea failed to clear a corner.

Wieke Kaptein struck the post for the hosts and Catarina Macario came off the bench to head in a free kick, but it was from a marginally offside position.

Bayern Munich came from a goal down to hand hosts Paris Saint-Germain a fourth straight defeat. PSG briefly led through Sakina Karchaoui, but Linda Dallmann quickly equalized. Goals from Momoko Tanikawa and a late strike by Jovana Damnjanovic sealed a 3-1 win for Bayern.

Atletico Madrid cruised to a 4-0 victory at FC Twente, with Amaiur Sarriegi, Júlia Bartel, Synne Jensen, and Fiamma Benítez all on target.

OH Leuven drew 1-1 with Roma after Jada Conijnenberg’s 71st-minute penalty cancelled out the opener from Évelyne Viens.
