The former Toledo Rockets star evenearned a shoutout from the Bucks on social media with his memorable outing.

“Ryan Rollins set a career high in assists and tied a career high in points,” Milwaukee shared on X, the social media platform formerly known as Twitter.

The 23-year-old Rollins made 13 of his 26 shots from the field and made all four of his free-throw attempts. He also created plenty of scoring chances for his teammates, finishing with 14 assists to go with six rebounds and a steal in the 40 minutes that he spent on the court.

Rollins spent the majority of the 2024-25 season in the shadows of superstar point guard Damian Lillard, but with Dame no longer in Milwaukee, he has been capitalizing on the increased usage. He only had an 18.4 percent usage rate last season, but that’s now at 23.8 percent. And despite the significant expansion of his role, particularly on offense, Rollins has managed to stay efficient. He is posting a 62.0 true shooting percentage so far this season, while averaging 18.3 points, 5.9 assists and 3.9 rebounds through 16 games.
