Dallas Cowboys Memorabilia Now on Display in Sports Exhibit at the George W. Bush Presidential Center

For a limited time only, Game Changer: United by Sports presented by Garry Weber will feature items from legendary Dallas Cowboys icons like Tom Landry, Troy Aikman, and Emmitt Smith

Dallas, Texas — The George W. Bush Presidential Center has unveiled historic Dallas Cowboys memorabilia on display as part ofGame Changer: United by Sports presented by Garry Weber at the George W. Bush Presidential Museum.

The new display celebrates the legacy of the Dallas Cowboys, featuring items like former Head Coach Tom Landry’s personal 1960 defensive playbook, a hand-drawn version of Landry’s iconic 4-3 Flex defense, and items connected to Cowboys legends such as Don Meredith, Michael Irvin, Troy Aikman, and Emmitt Smith.

The Dallas Cowboys will be featured in the gallery through January 2026, when it will rotate to another North Texas sports team.

Game Changer brings to life the power of sports in bridging divides and fostering unity across cultures through rare artifacts and inspirational stories. Visitors can explore pivotal moments when sports brought our nation together, such as President Bush’s first pitch at the World Series in New York after 9/11, and learn how legendary athletes like Jesse Owens and Jackie Robinson inspired change far beyond the game.

Admission to viewGame Changeris included with the purchase of a ticket to visit the Bush Museum’s permanent exhibit, which includes steel beams from the World Trade Center and a full-size replica of the Oval Office. Tickets are available for purchasehere.
