The Milwaukee Bucks are launching Bango’s Workshop this weekend, touted as “the most extensive customization shop in an NBA arena,” The 715-square-foot area, previously home to guest services at Fiserv Forum, offers heat presses, laser engraving, a hat bar, an embroidery station, and a My Moments kiosk for creating personalized items.

Named after the team’s mascot, the space offers a variety of interactive experiences, said Bucks VP of Retail Valerie Suminski. “We want to do something so cool that our customers come in here and are like, ‘Oh my gosh, I’ve never seen anything like this,’” the Bucks VP continued.
The Bucks operate their own retail business and aimed to bring the customization trend seen at places like Nike ID to Fiserv Forum in a bigger way.

“If you can customize your jersey, why not your hats or your pet accessories? That’s one of our big focuses as a company this year, give them stuff that they don’t experience anywhere else,” Suminski continued.
Shoppers frequently visit the Bucks team store looking for exclusive merchandise. The store will rotate items throughout the season.
“We’re not going to stop there. This is just what we’re launching with on Saturday,” Suminski concluded.

Earlier this month, the Bucks unveiled their Cream City Edition uniforms, and fans can now buy the new alternate jersey along with a variety of coordinating merchandise.
The Bucks have brought back their popular “Cream City” City Edition uniforms, first introduced in the 2019-20 season. The cream-colored base honors the clay bricks that defined much of Milwaukee’s architecture in the mid to late 1800s, giving the city its nickname. The accompanying court design highlights a stacked “Cream City” logo at center court, faint coordinates marking Fiserv Forum, and a subtle map of Milwaukee’s streets within the three-point arc.
