Liverpool face Nottingham Forest in a huge Premier League fixture at Anfield on Saturday
Liverpool have already lost more games this season than they did throughout the entirety of the last league campaign, leaving Arne Slot’s side with little room for error between now and the end of the season to become the first Reds team to successfully defend a league championship since 1984.
The champions are clear favourites heading into the clash against a side that only recently secured just their second league victory of the season. However, they’ll be wary of the threat posed by a Forest side that were one of the few to leave Anfield with three points last season.

Nottingham Forest could welcome back Chris Wood, who was on the scoresheet the last time the two teams met.
Callum Hudson-Odoi, however, remains a doubt heading into the fixture, the same applies to former Aston Villa midfielder Douglas Luiz. Oleksandr Zinchenko and Ola Aina are both set to miss the trip to face the champions in a big blow for Forest.
