Paris St-Germain held off a spirited Le Havre to claim a 3-0 home win that moved them back to the top of Ligue 1.

Goals from Lee Kang-in, Joao Neves and Bradley Barcola at Parc des Princes helped the reigning champions extend their unbeaten run to eight games.

But PSG goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier made several excellent saves, while Le Havre's Issa Soumare hit a post just after PSG went 2-0 ahead.

Chevalier was at full stretch in making a brilliant save to tip away a deflection off PSG defender Warren Zaire-Emery which was then hooked away off the goalline.

Lee put Luis Enrique's side - the reigning champions - ahead four minutes later with a first-time shot that ricocheted in off Le Havre keeper Mory Diaw.

Chevalier punched away a Yanis Zouaoui free-kick in the second half, and within a couple of minutes PSG doubled their lead when Neves lashed a rebound from a Diaw save in off a post.

Le Havre were unlucky not to pull one back five minutes later, Soumare rattling the woodwork with a fierce shot.

Barcola put the result beyond doubt with his fifth goal of the season following a well-timed run off the right flank.

PSG, who are two points clear of Marseille and Lens at the top of the table, face Tottenham in the Champions League on Wednesday.
