Manchester United attacker Matheus Cunha has sustained a minor head injury and could miss out on his side's match against Everton on Monday, the latest report has claimed.
The Red Devils will hope to avoid defeat for a sixth consecutive game when they welcome the Toffees to Old Trafford in their 12th Premier League game of the season.
Boss Ruben Amorim deserves credit for his side's improved results and performances, though he would not have been able to guide his side to three wins in his last five had it not been for the signings of Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha in the summer.
The latter has only scored one goal this term, but his intensity has been key to much of the club's success, with the team aiming to qualify for the Champions League.
Journalist Ben Jacobs reports that Amorim may have to get by against Everton without Cunha as he sustained a knock to his head in training on Saturday, which was enough for him to stay home from a Christmas event in Altrincham.

Matheus Cunha injury: Who will play up front for Manchester United?
Cunha is not the only injury concern heading into Monday's game given striker Benjamin Sesko has been ruled out for the next few weeks, and his absence complicates Amorim's team selection.
Mbeumo is certain to feature in one of three attacking roles, while Mason Mount could be an option as a false nine, and his inclusion would once again relegate Joshua Zirkzee to the bench.
Amad Diallo was used in the frontline last time out against Tottenham Hotspur on November 8, but given he prefers to operate on the right, a start for the 23-year-old could force Mbeumo to start as a striker.
All three forwards are capable of interchanging with each other and perhaps a fluid attack will cause Everton's deep block problems, though they could lack presence in the penalty area.

Can Manchester United qualify for the Champions League?
Manchester United are 10th with 18 points, but a win for them on Monday could see them end matchweek 12 in fourth place, just one point behind third-placed Manchester City and two points behind second-placed Chelsea.
The Red Devils' fixture list is relatively kinder than many of their rivals for the Champions League spots considering they have no European football to contend with, and they have also been eliminated from the EFL Cup.
Amorim will also hope that sides such as Liverpool continue to falter, as the more points the Merseysiders drop, the greater the chances of United finishing in the top four come May.
The impact of losing stars like Mbeumo to the Africa Cup of Nations must also be factored in, but the team's increased resilience is a promising sign.
