Did somebody say derby day?
Oh, it’s a big one today, huge in fact. The north London derby is a match that divides families, friendship groups, and a whole city. The hatred is real.
The whole world stops to watch Arsenal and Tottenham do battle. There are not many bigger matches in world football; I'd argue it's the second biggest rivalry in England behind Liverpool and Manchester United.
Arsenal come into today knowing they can go six points clear at the top of the Premier League, and seven above their most likely challenger, Manchester City. Let's be real, Liverpool are done out here.
Meanwhile, the ever-inconsistent Tottenham will be looking to stop the rot at the Emirates, a place which has caused them so much pain over the years.
I bet the nerves have been jangling all weekend for both sets of supporters; this match means more than any other in their calendar. Now we are just two hours away from kick-off.
I, for one, cannot wait to see what happens in north London today, and I’d put my money on the fact that all of you are feeling the same.
