Liverpool fans know the feeling when a club legend keeps finding new ways to win.
You follow his story from afar, and it still feels familiar.
You see the hunger. You see the competitiveness.
And even when the spotlight is somewhere else, he still finds a path to another trophy.
That is exactly the case again with Luis Suarez.
He has already won almost everything there is to win on the pitch.
Yet he and Lionel Messi have added another title to their collection, even though they were not involved as players.
It is a different kind of win, but one that still carries the same edge.
It shows how far they have travelled and how much influence they now have beyond the pitch.
And as Liverpool supporters, it is hard not to feel proud watching Suarez push new limits while still preparing for big moments in the MLS.
The latest chapter comes from Uruguay, where Deportivo LSM, the club owned by Messi and Suarez, has been crowned champions of the Uruguayan Divisional D, the country’s fourth tier.
The title also comes with promotion to the Primera Divisional Amateur, which is the third level of Uruguayan football.
Deportivo LSM sealed the championship with a tight 2–1 victory over Liffa.
They went behind early after a strike from Eric Krame, but forward Rodrigo Pastorini turned the match around with two goals.
The win took the club to 31 points, securing first place on the final matchday.
Their title was confirmed once Rincon drew with Academia, which removed the need for a playoff.
While the club celebrated in Uruguay, Suarez and Messi were preparing for Inter Miami’s MLS semifinal against Cincinnati.
Miami manager Javier Mascherano spoke ahead of the match and said they are “ready to win and reach the final.”
For Liverpool fans, it is another reminder of Suárez’s relentless drive.
Even off the pitch, he keeps lifting teams to new heights.
