Snoop Dog Acts Starstruck Around Luka Doncic's Rare Bugatti, Claims He Forgot the Keys

"I left my keys at home," Snoop is heard saying in the video after sprinting to a Bugatti Mistral parked right outside the Lakers' home arena. He's also heard saying the F word, but we'll just keep pretending we didn't hear it because we can't write it here anyway.

He did not forget his keys at home. The car just doesn't belong to him. It is the Bugatti that Lakers' star Luka Doncic bought in late summer to add to his already impressive collection of supercars, classic automobiles, and apocalypse-ready trucks.

"I woke up in a new Bugatti," Snoop raps, and he knows that would make a great line in a song. Oh, wait a minute! That's already taken by Ace Hood, with whom he collaborated back in 2010 on the song "Kush," featuring Dr. Dre and Akon as well.

When Luka shows up, Snoop jokes about someone always posing with a car that isn't theirs, just like he is doing right then and there, and strikes an impressive pro-like supermodel pose for the photographers.

The model is powered by Bugatti's almighty mid-mounted 8.0-liter quad-turbocharged W16, which pumps out an incredible 1,578 horsepower (1,600 metric horsepower).

Doncic reportedly paid approximately $5 million to take the Mistral home. The French hypercar manufacturer rolled out only 99 such units, and all of them had reportedly been spoken for long before the official unveiling back in August 2022.

Nobody who is somebody in the collectors' world could miss the opportunity. After all, it was the firm's last W16-powered vehicle before switching to the new 8.3-liter naturally aspirated V16.

Doncic also showed up wearing the Jacob & Co. Bugatti Chiron Tourbillon timepiece, which retails at $310,000, not long after having purchased the Mistral.

So, it's not like Snoop Dog, who has a net worth of $160 as of June 2025, can't afford a Mistral or a Bugatti timepiece. It is just that he was probably not fast enough to snatch a build slot. Besides, he is more into American muscle than hypercars. In the meantime, Luka Doncic is into everything that has wheels and a powerful engine under the hood.

He owns a Brabus Rocket with 1,000 horsepower, a customized 1969 Chevy Camaro, the mind-blowing Rimac Nevera that he purchased over the summer, and an Apocalypse Hellfire truck.

Snoop Dog may not have received the keys to the Bugatti, but he did go home with a Lakers' T-shirt with his name on it. He can wear it while driving his custom 1966 Pontiac Parisienne Lakers Edition finished in yellow with a purple top.
