England and Man City star Phil Foden has finally managed to offload his luxury Cheshire property after it languished on the market for over half a year. The mansion - complete with its own cinema, indoor swimming pool and five bathrooms - was snapped up for nearly £3m.
However, this is a reduction from the initial asking price of £3.25million, with the house now listed as sold subject to contract. Foden, 25, vacated the property last year.
He relocated to a more secluded home in the countryside, yet still within commuting distance of Manchester City's training ground, reports the MEN. The four-bedroom property also boasts a gym, a bar, and a hot tub.
Meanwhile, the expansive garden comes equipped with a swing and a trampoline. Foden shared the home with his partner Rebecca Cooke and their three children.

Another property in the same village, previously purchased by Foden, is also up for sale, reports the Mirror. The forward bought the house for his mother, but she has since moved out following alleged harassment from Manchester United supporters.
Notable neighbours reportedly include Slade's Noddy Holder, antiques aficionado David Dickinson and the family of ex-Man City defender Kyle Walker, who own the adjacent property, according to the Daily Mail. Foden's stellar performances for City this season have earned him a well-deserved recall to the England squad under Thomas Tuchel.

He made a significant contribution as a second-half substitute in the 2-0 triumph over Serbia on Thursday night, providing an assist and playing for the final 27 minutes in the 2-0 victory against Albania on Sunday evening. The win, secured by two goals from Harry Kane, wrapped up England's flawless World Cup qualifying campaign. Foden's match against Serbia marked his first game for the Three Lions since he assisted in a 3-0 victory over Latvia back in March.
Injuries caused him to sit out the intervening matches. Foden is set to return to the pitch when Pep Guardiola's rejuvenated Manchester City squad head to Newcastle in the Premier League come Saturday.
