Manchester United’s last home fixture was the 4-2 victory over Brighton. Last season we beat Everton 4-0 at Old Trafford, although they have changed managers since.

A victory tonight can take United into fourth or fifth place in the Premier League table, depending on goal difference.

Everton did spoil the party in pre-season, holding United to a 2-2 draw, the same scoreline as when the teams met at Goodison Park late last season.
