Maghnes Akliouche tempted to test himself in the Premier League amid Tottenham Hotspur interest.
Tottenham Hotspur striker Richarlison has been linked with a move away from Hotspur Way in the upcoming transfer window. While he was extensively expected to secure a transfer away from Spurs last summer, he ended up staying.
It was a decision that worked out for the best given how the Brazilian forward found his stride for the North Londoners at the start of the season.
And looking to take advantage of this purple patch of form, Tottenham want to find a way to sell him when that winter transfer window comes around. It looks like the ideal time for the Lilywhites to get some money out of him. He has been linked with a move back to his home country as well, with reports suggesting that he would be open to moving to Brazil in the upcoming winter transfer window.
But alongside clubs from the South American country, Premier League side Everton have also been linked with a move for the 28-year-old.
Everton backed to explore loan move for Richarlison this winter
Richarlison gets his name into a dreadful list after his late goal did not give Tottenham the win against Manchester United.
Richarlison has been linked with a move away from Tottenham
The North Londoners have been looking to bring in players this winter as well, with Ivan Toney and Antoine Semenyo extensively linked with a move to Hotspur Way. But for the Lilywhites to sign either (or both) of them, they will need to make some space in the squad. And that starts from shipping off Richarlison.
Focusing on the Brazil international’s links with a move to Everton. Everton reporter Giulia Bould, in conversation with BBC Sport, spoke about how the Merseysiders Blue may be able to re-sign the Tottenham forward. She went on to also give us an insight into the kind of deal that David Moyes’ side would prefer to sign the former Watford man. She said (via BBC Sport):
“The Blues boss has already stated he will look at strengthening his squad in January but he also warned it is a notoriously difficult window to operate in, with prices often hiked up.
“A loan could be a good fit for Everton if Spurs were open to it. The Brazil international has made just four league starts this term but there is no suggestion right now that they will be willing to let the 28-year-old go.”

Everton are interested in Tottenham Hotspur striker Richarlison.
Everton do desperately need a new striker, and Richarlison looks like someone they would love to have on their books given the success that he enjoyed during his years with the Blues.
But it is to be seen whether they can agree on a deal with Tottenham in the upcoming winter window. A vanilla loan deal would surely not suffice. And maybe even a deal with a loan to buy could be agreed if that buying clause is more of an obligation instead of an option.
This will be an interesting one to keep track of, especially given that Richy has been starting for Tottenham these days.
