NFL legend Tom Brady is in his second year with Fox Sports, calling a "Game of the Week" each Sunday alongside play-by-play commentator Kevin Burkhardt.
Longtime Fox Sports sideline reporter Erin Andrews, also part of the broadcast team, recently revealed that she's been "annoyed" with Brady-not due to any workplace drama, but because she's been surprised at how quickly he's improved in the booth.
"It's night and day," Andrews said during a recent appearance on Travis and Jason Kelce's “New Heights” podcast with Charissa Thompson, reflecting on the leap Brady has made from his first season to now.
"I think he was the most scrutinized person to get into a booth, especially last year, right? And I'm proud of him… everyone has their opinion. And and they let it be known what they thought of him," Andrews said. "It was funny. I think we were doing Tampa-Eagles Week 4 and I was sitting in my hotel room and they were playing last year's Eagles-Bucs game. And I texted TB and I just said, ‘wow, listening to you in this game, which was your fourth game of the season versus now, it's just night and day.”

Andrews made it clear, however, that Brady's rapid success isn't surprising given his work ethic.
"I'm not surprised because I think all of us knew what his work ethic was going to be heading into the job. I think I'm more annoyed about how good he's gotten and how quickly,” Andrews added. “I'm like, come on. Do you do everything well? This is crazy. And you look fantastic."
Jason Kelce jokingly agreed, praising Brady's appearance: "He looks so good," the former All-Pro center said. "I need to figure out what he's doing. His hair. His skin." Andrews quickly fired back, "He's not going to bars, Jason."
