Everton striker Thierno Barry has celebrated on social media after Monday’s 1-0 win away at Manchester United.
Everton’s 12-year drought at Old Trafford is over after Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall scored the match-winning goal against Manchester United.
The Toffees hadn’t won at United since Bryan Oviedo’s winner way back in 2013.
David Moyes was the United manager that night, but he returned to haunt his former club in a dramatic victory.
Idrissa Gana Gueye’s bizarre first-half red card threatened to leave Everton in the mire, but the Toffees stepped up to secure a big win.

Gueye’s moment of madness saw him appear to strike teammate Michael Keane in the face with just 13 minutes on the clock.
Everton could have completely folded after that moment, but Moyes saw his side put in a real team effort.
MORE EVERTON STORIES
Striker Thierno Barry was a prime example of that mindset, as the Everton striker worked tirelessly against three United centre-backs.
Barry failed to score once again, but he was not given many opportunities to find the net after that early sending-off.

Barry worked hard for the team and proved to be a real nuisance against the United back line, especially in the air.
The French forward took to Instagram to react after the final whistle, celebrating a ‘great performance’ on the road.
Barry added that he can’t wait to score his first Everton goal, and made a promise to break his duck ‘soon’.
“Great performance from the team today, we keep working, we’re on the right track, really looking forward to scoring that first goal, it’s coming soon, I promise,” said Barry.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall silences his critics
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall message to Thierno Barry
Barry is clearly confident in his own ability, but he has the right mentality for the team as well.
After an early red card, a striker needs to work for the team and accept that goalscoring chances may be in short supply.
That was the case on Monday night, as Barry made sure that he made a big contribution in a team win, even if he didn’t get on the scoresheet.
Match-winner Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall responded to Barry’s Instagram post, stating, ‘Soon bro! Playing very good’.
Dewsbury-Hall certainly appreciates the effort Barry put into his performance against United, even if that first goal remains elusive.
Barry is still adapting to life in the Premier League, but he and his teammates clearly believe that goals are just around the corner.
