Needless to say, Micah Parsons has been an impact player for the Green Bay Packers. Following the mega-trade that sent Parsons from the Dallas Cowboys to Green Bay just before the start of the 2025 NFL season, the expectation for the Packers went through the roof.
Although they have not played as well overall as their talented roster suggests, the Packers are undeniably stout defensively, thanks in large part to the play of Parsons, who had another memorable game on Sunday against the Minnesota Vikings at Lambeau Field.
The former Penn State Nittany Lions star pass rusher was anightmare on the field for Minnesota. He had two sacks in that contest to go with three quarterback hits to make a mark ina 23-6 Green Bay victory.

With his pair of sacks versus Minnesota, Parsons made history by joining an all-time great for an incredible sack-related milestone.
On Monday, Green Bay shared the feat that Parsons just made, becoming one of only two players in the NFL since 1982 to have at least 10 sacks in each of their first five seasons in the league. The other one, of course, was former Packer star Reggie White, who had nine consecutive 10-sack seasons to start his pro career. Eight of those seasons were with the Philadelphia Eagles and one with Green Bay.
Parsons, who was taken by the Cowboys in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft, had 13.0 sacks in his rookie season in 2021, 13.5 in 2022, 14.0 in 2023, and 12.0 in 2024.
