Amazon Prime has a more expansive playbook for this year’s Black Friday sports matchups, including an Avatar: Fire and Ash NBA takeover, a Pepsi launch, and more advertisers than ever.
This year, along with its Black Friday NFL game, Prime Video is adding golf and NBA programming during the annual shopping event, creating more than 15 hours of live sports coverage throughout the day—and it’s available for free worldwide.
“We’ve never had Black Friday available globally,” Danielle Carney, head of U.S. video and live sports sales, Amazon, said. “It will be this year for the first time, and fans can watch it with no subscription required.”
