Wednesday's Injury Report
-------------------------
The Seahawks were back on the practice field Wednesday to prepare for their upcoming home game against the Vikings, and in an encouraging sign for his possible return, linebacker Ernest Jones IV was a full participant.
Jones, who initially returned from the injury to play against the Rams in Week 11, did not play against the Titans Sunday.
"E.J. is on his normal workload, but still going to be on ramp (up)," Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald said. "I don't think we're out of the woods yet. I think he has to go test it out see how it feels in full speed for us to start making decisions."
The Seahawks had three players listed as non-participants Wednesday, two of whom exited Sunday's game with an injury, running back George Holani (hamstring) and safety Ty Okada (oblique). The third player who did not practice was outside linebacker Uchenna Nwosu, who is listed with an ankle injury. Nwosu briefly exited Sunday's game after making a play downfield in pass coverage, but was quickly able to return.
Macdonald described Okada as "day-to-day" and said he did not yet know if the safety would practice Thursday.
Rookie defensive lineman Rylie Mills, who practiced for the first time this season, was listed as a limited participant. Also limited were running back Kenneth Walker III (glute), guard Grey Zabel (knee) and defensive end Mike Morris (knee)
For the Vikings, starting quarterback J.J. McCarthy, who is in the concussion protocol, was listed as limited. Two players, tackle Christian Darrisaw (knee/foot) and guard Donovan Jackson (ankle), were listed as non-participants.
