Packers TE Luke Musgrave’s acting skills get more attention than on-field production

Luke Musgrave has not quite seized the opportunity that opened up following theseason-ending injuryof Green Bay Packers star tight end Tucker Kraft. But he’s turned heads in another way of late, particularly off the field.

In a social media post last week, the former Oregon State Beavers star tight end shared short video ad for “Kwik Trip” that he’s part of.

The setup for the ad was simple. All Musgrave had to do was react to a Kwik Trip “co-worker,” who didn’t say “See Ya Next Time,” while a Microsoft Windows XP start-up and error prompt sound effects played in the background.

Fans react to Packers TE’s participation in video ad

Green Bay Packers tight end Luke Musgrave (88) is tackled by Carolina Panthers safety Lathan Ransom (22) during the fourth quarter of their game Sunday, November 2, 2025 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin.

It was not quite a Daniel Day-Lewis-esque performance for Musgrave, but he nevertheless got plenty of fans and people online to react to it.

“Love from home in Oregon, Luke. Need to visit Wisconsin for Lambeau and Kwik Trip. Go Pack and Go Beavs!,” said a fan on X.

Another one said: “I feel that in some point of my life, I have to go to Wisconsin to experience a Kwik Trip.”

From a commenter: “LOVE IT!!!

“Ur my goat bro be legendary,” a social media user posted.

Via a different commenter: “Comedy gold.”

Said another: “The first look into the camera bout made me piss myself 😂😂

Still, the performance Green Bay fans want to see from Musgrave is one on the field.

So far, he only has 117 receiving yards with zero touchdowns on 14 catches and 17 targets. In the 23-6 win against the Minnesota Vikings at Lambeau Field in Week 12, he only had a reception on two targets for seven yards, while also gettingout-snapped by fellow tight ends John FitzPatrick and Josh Whyle.
