Broncos predicted to add another WR to pair with Bo Nix

The [Denver Broncos](https://www.sportingnews.com/us/nfl/denver-broncos) have arguably been the best team in the NFL this season, and that's saying something considering how bad the offense has been at times.

There are certainly questions about what the Broncos are going to look like when games start to matter most, and if teams can continue to stop Bo Nix, and whether he's the perfect option long term, but it seems very likely that, as of now, the Broncos are going to go with Nix long term.

Only time will tell what other decisions will be made, but Mike Renner of CBS Sports recently predicted they will go the wide receiver route to help Nix out in the future.

He predicted they would select Denzel Boston, a wide receiver out of the University of Washington.

“With Bo Nix's spotty accuracy this season, adding another big-bodied wideout with exceptional ball skills is probably a good idea. Boston is exceptional at plucking the ball outside of his frame and would give them a second receiver who can haul in the back-shoulder throws Nix is so good at,” [he wrote](https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/2026-nfl-mock-draft-thin-qb-class-desperate-teams/).

With the last pick in the first round in Renner's mock that the Broncos will have, there will be an opportunity to select a few different wide receivers at that point. It isn't exactly the greatest wide receiver class in some sense in the later first round, but if Denver can walk away with someone they want for Nix, it should be a good plan.
