Newcastle United supporters making their first ever trip to Everton’s Hill Dickinson Stadium could be set for a festive treat.
Newcastle United must dust themselves down following Tuesday’s loss to Marseille and focus on improving their Premier League position.
Away form under Eddie Howe has been a major talking point of late and another poor performance on the road will only add to the pressure.

Though the game falls towards the end of November, the Christmas menu will seemingly be on offer for those making the trip to Merseyside.
A statement from Everton’s official website read: “Delivered in partnership with Aramark, the updated menu introduces a range of warming seasonal dishes that will be served throughout December and into early January.

Newcastle United’s first ever result at Goodison Park wasn’t pretty
Everton started playing at former home Goodison Park in 1892 after briefly playing at Anfield.
Newcastle made their first trip to Goodison in September 1898 and duly lost 3-0 on Merseyside.
Indeed, the omens certainly aren’t promising. Newcastle haven’t won an away game in the Premier League since April and lost at West Ham and Brentford in rather alarming fashion before collapsing in Marseille.
There are talking points all over the pitch ahead of Saturday’s game.
Anthony Gordon will likely get a fairly hostile reception from home supporters, while Jordan Pickford and Jack Grealish will likely attract the focus of the travelling Geordie faithful.
Everton have only lost one game since their new stadium opened, winning three and drawing the other two.
If Newcastle slip up again here and put in what is becoming an increasingly trademark away performance, yet more questions will be asked.
Still, Everton have struggled for goals at times this season, so do have problems of their own.
