Losing Trossard would be a proper blow for Arsenal. The Belgian has been in brilliant form this season. He scored five goals and five assists in just 16 games tells its own story. His display against Spurs last weekend, where he both scored and set one up, showed exactly why he’s become so important to this team.
With how poor the injury timing is to Arsenal, they are now relying on an already short roster and will need to make creative substitutions into the lineup for their upcoming match against Chelsea, who are now just seven points behind Arsenal. There’s also a chance that Viktor Gyokeres and Kai Havertz might be available after having fresh scans to check where they’re at with their recoveries.
