NFL prop bets for Week 13

In the Tate household, gathering around the television to watch NFL football is an annual tradition. Oftentimes, it comes with family members peppering me with questions about what players could have a monster day for the Thanksgiving Day slate.

Since I will be making recommendations to my family members on which players could have big days, here are some of the Thanksgiving Day player props for you to consider playing when gathered around the television with your family this holiday weekend.

Lamar Jackson Under 25.5 Rushing Yards

Lamar Jackson hasn’t exactly been playing at the MVP caliber level we’ve become accustomed to since his return to the starting lineups four games ago.

He has failed to top 200 yards passing or throw a touchdown pass in two consecutive games against the Cleveland Browns and New York Jets, but what is more concerning is his lack of contributions as a runner since his return.

Since Week 9, Lamar has averaged just 17 rushing yards per game — which is a lower mark than Dillon Gabriel during that span. Additionally, his yards per carry have been lower than Davis Mills. In other words, Lamar hasn’t been his usual cheat code self as a dual-threat quarterback since his return to the starting.

Clouding Lamar’s rushing projection even further this week is his appearance on the injury report with a toe issue.

Combine all of these factors together, and I see reason to believe he won’t get to 26 yards rushing against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 13.

A.J. Brown Over 54.5 Receiving Yards

We all have that one family member who isn’t afraid to tell you how they really feel when stuff isn’t going right. For the Philadelphia Eagles, that person is A.J. Brown.

Brown has been wildly volatile in the box score in 2025, which makes him a bit tricky for Vegas to figure out regarding his receiving prop line entering Week 13.

Well, Black Friday is known for its great sales. This 54.5-yard line feels like with one of the best bargains of the Thanksgiving Day weekend.

Brown has seen 10+ targets in two straight weeks and DeVonta Smith popped up on the injury report with a shoulder and chest issue.

Coming off of a collapse against the Dallas Cowboys last week, I expect the Eagles to continue to feed A.J. Brown against a banged up Bears secondary — which should help him hit this mark on Friday.
