The Dallas Cowboys have now won three games on the bounce after a stunning 31-28 win over the Kansas City Chiefs on Thanksgiving as Dak Prescott continued his impressive run of form.
Dak would finish his day going 27 of 39 for 320 yards, two touchdowns, and an interception to outplay Patrick Mahomes at AT&T Stadium.
But where Dak was superb was on third down, as Dallas was 9/16 on the "money down" against the Chiefs.
On the first drive, Dak and CeeDee Lamb (had four overall) converted three third-downs, one being a 15-yard touchdown, while George Pickens picked up four third downs on his six tries, Ryan Flournoy picked up two third downs, while Javonte Williams and Jake Ferguson were also targeted on the money down by Prescott.
And No. 4 got some high praise from Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, for he diced up the defense with Lamb and Pickens on third down.
“He did a good job, he gave his guys an opportunity to make some plays, and when they made it, they made it,” Reid said.

Cowboys' season has playoff life
Two weeks ago, Dallas and playoffs were two words that you couldn't put in the same sentence.
You can now...just.
Granted, there is still a long way to go but the Cowboys are getting hot at the right time, and at 6-5-1, the playoffs are still on the radar for Brian Schottenheimer's team, and if they continue to play as they did against the Chiefs, Dallas will be a tough matchup for any team down the stretch.
The Detroit Lions are up next in what looms as another monster game in their gauntlet, but if they can slay the Lions, then who knows what this team could do over the coming months.
Yes, playoffs are still a long way off, but make no mistake Dallas fans, this season definitely has a pulse now.
