Jack White and Eminem delivered a halftime show at Ford Field during the NFL Thanksgiving game between the Detroit Lions and the Green Bay Packers, before FOX Sports coverage returned to Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady in the booth.
The performance was electrifying, as the former White Stripes frontman teamed up with Eminem and had Lions supporters on their feet. Burkhardt complimented the halftime show before turning attention to the second half, though his response was somewhat uncomfortable.

Burkhardt and Brady — who turned FOX NFL Sunday colleagues' heads with a ruthless comment about a child — have developed strong on-air chemistry in the booth, and the FOX play-by-play commentator is among the best in the industry. Yet, it was evident that when responding to the performance, Burkhardt was outside his comfort zone.

Following White and Eminem's halftime show, Burkhardt shifted focus back to the Lions-Packers matchup. First, though, he remarked: "That's what's on the line here after an unbelievable halftime show."
Burkhardt then paused momentarily before adding: "That was sick."
Burkhardt and Brady went on to call a wild game in Detroit, which concluded 31-24 in favor of the Packers.
Jordan Love tossed four touchdowns for the Packers and racked up 234 yards in the divisional win. Yet, the first touchdown generated controversy as it wasn't immediately clear if wide receiver Dontayvion Wicks was in bounds.

The Packers were leading 3-0 when Wicks stepped out of the end zone, causing some controversy over ball movement. "Oh, he is not going to be in, I don't think," Burkhardt commented before the touchdown was eventually awarded.
FOX Sports rules analyst Dean Blandino then clarified the call. "The key is when does Wicks get control of the ball?" he said.
"And to me, if he has control, that first foot is the right foot, then the left foot is the second foot, so that's what they're ruling there for a touchdown."
Brady, still puzzled, asked, "Even if the ball switches hands?" To which Blandino responded, "Is he switching it within his control, or does it physically come loose? It can move, but he had control."

Wicks ended up scoring two touchdowns during the game and made a crucial catch late in the fourth quarter to secure the win.
Green Bay receivers Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs also contributed touchdowns for the Packers.
On the Detroit side, receiver Jameson Williams shone with 144 yards and a touchdown, compensating for the absence of Amon-Ra St. Brown due to injury. Running back David Montgomery and receiver Isaac TeSlaa also added to the scoreboard.
