The Dallas Cowboys' 31-28 win over the Kansas City Chiefs has sent some fans into a frenzy with the playoffs still on the agenda for 2025.
Granted, the Cowboys still have to overcome a huge mountain to get into what would be a wildcard spot, but after wins against the Philadelphia Eagles and now the Chiefs to move to 6-5-1, something is building.
There's no doubt that belief is growing from outside the building that playoffs can be secured after such a poor start to the year, but is head coach Brian Schottenheimer thinking about postseason football after taking down Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid?
"I'm not going to get into all that stuff," Schottenheimer said. "We're just going to keep playing football. We're playing good football. We're riding a three-game winning streak. We need to get to four. I think if you look at things that way, and it makes the process easier, and if we keep winning football games, we'll see what happens at the end."

Cowboys gaining playoff momentum
Three wins on the bounce, confidence and belief are building, and the Cowboys, at 6-5-1, will travel to face the Detroit Lions in Week 14.
Win that, and now you have some serious playoff juice.
Granted, that won't be easy, as the Lions will be fighting for their playoff lives after losing to the Green Bay Packers on Thanksgiving, but it could be without Amon Ra-St. Brown, who suffered an injury in the loss.
Still, the Cowboys have every reason to think about playoff football right now, but not for their head coach. It's one week at a time, and see where they land.
