Thomas Frank believes Arne Slot can restore Liverpool to its best form following the team's alarming decline.
Slot is under increasing pressure after a poor period that has witnessed the Reds suffer defeat in nine of their last 12 fixtures. The Premier League-winning boss's future is facing intense examination ahead of a crucial week that could shape Liverpool's campaign.
The Merseyside team takes on West Ham, Sunderland, and Leeds. The Reds currently find themselves three points adrift of the Champions League positions and 11 points behind the pacesetters. Their 4-1 mauling at the hands of PSV Eindhoven heightened the focus on Slot, following consecutive 3-0 thrashings by Manchester City and Nottingham Forest.
However, the Tottenham boss – who is also facing pressure from sections of the Spurs support – is confident Slot will guide Liverpool through the team's present difficulties.
"I think football is extremely fascinating," said Frank. "It's so complex, and we all try to analyse and understand it.
"If you look at Liverpool now, the manager, Arne Slot, I admire massively. Did fantastic stepping into the first season in the Premier League, won it. Incredible in every way. And now they are struggling a bit, and they have a bad spell.

"I'm convinced he will find a way out. Convinced, convinced. But I don't think anyone has predicted that before we start the season. That's just sometimes football.
"But that's the thing we sometimes struggle to understand."
Jamie Carragher, the former Liverpool defender, didn't mince his words when evaluating the team's performance after their defeat to the Dutch side.
The 47-year-old stated that Slot has a mere week to salvage his position at Anfield.
"Arne Slot has a week to save his job. It is hard to believe that sentence is being written, but Liverpool's next three games are against West Ham United, Sunderland, and Leeds United," he said.
"Anything fewer than seven points will make an already unacceptable situation untenable.
"No matter how much goodwill the manager has, Liverpool Football Club cannot sustain the drop in standards witnessed over the past three months.
"After Slot won the Premier League in his first season, he seemed destined for a long stay on Merseyside too. Now, just six months later, he is hanging on."
